1. Services Provided

Classical Web Design offers the following services:

  • Website Design: Custom or template-based websites, including hosting, SSL certificates, and business email.
  • Social Media Marketing: Targeted campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Local SEO & SEO: Keyword optimization, Google My Business setup, and citations to boost visibility.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Targeted ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • AI Call Agent: Automated 24/7 phone support for inquiries and bookings.

Service details, scope, and deliverables are outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

We use your data to provide seamless services and enhance your experience:

  • Invoicing: Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement, payable via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
  • Late Payments: Payments overdue by 15 days may result in service suspension until the account is current.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms in your service agreement. One-time services are non-refundable after project initiation, except in cases of non-delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information (e.g., business details, branding assets) in a timely manner.
  • Grant necessary permissions for website hosting, domain management, or third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, social media accounts).
  • Review and approve designs or content within agreed timelines (typically 5–7 business days).

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay project timelines, with no liability to Classical Web Design.

4. Cancellations and Terminations

  • Ongoing Services: You may cancel ongoing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing) with 30 days’ written notice, as per your service agreement.
  • One-Time Services: Website design projects may be canceled before initiation with no obligation. After initiation, you are responsible for work completed up to the cancellation point.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or illegal use of our services, with written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Work: Designs, code, and content created by Classical Web Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to you (excluding third-party tools or templates).
  • Client Content: You warrant that any content provided (e.g., logos, images) is legally owned or licensed by you. You indemnify us against any intellectual property disputes.
  • Third-Party Tools: Some services (e.g., AI Call Agent, analytics tools) may use third-party software, subject to their respective terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Classical Web Design is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from our services.
  • Issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting outages, payment gateway failures).
  • Delays due to client inaction or incomplete information.

Our total liability is limited to the services provided under your agreement.

7. Warranties

  • Service Warranty: We guarantee delivery of services as outlined in your agreement. Website design projects include a set number of revisions (per agreement).
  • No Performance Guarantees: While we strive for results (e.g., improved rankings, increased leads), we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to external factors (e.g., search engine algorithms).

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico jurisdiction.
